Berry Campbell hosts its fourth exhibition featuring contemporary Color Field painter Jill Nathanson. Nathanson employs a technique of pouring acrylic polymers, resulting in paintings marked by inventive use of color. Creating new hues through overlapping translucent layers, the artist evokes what she refers to as "color desire." This technique engages viewers in seeking color resolutions across the canvas, highlighting the interactions and spaces between colors — as illustrated in this exhibition of 18 recent paintings, including Nathanson's largest work to date.
